While there are no known problems with the Ozilite, we want to make it easy for you to contact us if you have any issues. Below is some information to help you operate your lighter.
Elements
Elements are the only consumable item on the lighter. We supply every lighter with two spare elements, which we expect to last a long time.
While most report that elements last 3–9 months, many of the lighters we have sold have elements that have not been replaced for many years.
We use a single element type for all our lighters, making it easy for you to change them. The part number is ACLEL1.

Transformers
The transformers inside the Ozilite are open-circuit and short-circuit protected.For safe operation, if the element has expired, the transformer will not power up.
