The Ozilite Range – Flameless Automatic Cigarette Lighters

Ozilite’s flameless cigarette lighter features a recessed heating element and durable construction designed for safe, efficient lighting. It is designed for places where open flames or traditional lighters aren’t allowed.

Ozilight flamelssa automatic cigarette lighters were originally developed for maximum-security correctional facilities where cigarettes are allowed but open flames are not.

Additionally, Ozilite products have proven effective in many other environments. Each unit is a flush wall-mounted unit; the face plate is made of stainless steel and is liquid-proof. Six tamper-proof screws secure the installation, ensuring long-term durability.

Touch Button and Element

On timer models, a non-moving piezo touch switch activates the lighter through an 11-millimetre opening designed to prevent tampering. The heating element sits 6mm beneath the stainless-steel faceplate, sealed with a heat-resistant silicon O-ring for protection. A small drainage hole below the opening lets liquid flow out safely, improving durability.

Heating Cycle (Timer Model)

When you press the button, the Ozilite flameless lighter heats for around 10 seconds before automatically powering down. The built-in timer then blocks reactivation for another 10 seconds to prevent overheating. You can adjust both intervals to match your site’s requirements.
