Ozilite flameless automatic cigarette lighters are designed for safe, reliable, and low-maintenance operation in secure environments. The lighter elements are the only consumable parts and each unit is supplied with two spare elements for long-term use. In high-use locations, elements typically last 6–18 months. At many sites, elements last multiple years. Ozilite uses one standard element type across all lighter models, making replacement simple and convenient. The built-in transformers are protected against open-circuit and short-circuit issues, and for safety, the unit will not power up if the element has expired.
