The ACLEL1 replacement heating element is the normal service item for compatible Ozilite automatic flameless cigarette lighters. Keeping spare elements on site can minimise downtime in busy facilities.

Quick troubleshooting checks

These simple checks resolve many common issues. Always follow your site’s electrical and safety procedures.

The unit has no power

Confirm the power source, isolator and circuit protection are on. Check for visible cable or enclosure damage. If supply power is present but the unit remains inactive, stop and contact Ozilite or a qualified technician.

The element does not heat

Inspect the heating element for wear or damage and replace it with the correct genuine element if required. Confirm the unit is receiving power and that the activation method is being used correctly.

The element heats slowly or inconsistently

A worn element, contamination or a power-supply issue may reduce performance. Allow the unit to cool, inspect and clean the accessible area, and fit a new element if needed.

The timer or activation cycle seems unusual

Record what the unit does, including the approximate cycle time, then send us the model and serial number. Timer behaviour can vary by configuration, so we will help identify the correct next step.

Safety firstDo not open, alter or bypass the unit unless you are authorised and qualified to do so. Isolate power before inspection or maintenance, and contact Ozilite if there is visible damage, overheating or any electrical safety concern.
